If you are having issues connecting to the VPN:


  • Click the start menu and type in VPN then click VPN Settings




  • Click on Change Adapter Settings:


  • Right Click on the VPN Adapter and click properties


  • Click on the Security tab and change the settings so they match what is in the picture below:
